"Flo and Friends" Pattern is being tested, and will be available at a later date.

This pattern makes a vintage-look friendship star quilt, approximately 80" x 104". The small friendship stars are set in a way that creates a secondary design of large friendship stars in the body of the quilt, and the border is jam-packed all around with the small stars on point. Although the pinks and browns used here are a perfect choice for the old fashioned look, it would be gorgeous in indigos and shirtings, or any colors of your choice!

Why "Flo and Friends"?   I named this quilt in fond memory of Flo, who was a member of our quilt group. She was a little older than the rest of us, so she was sort of like the group's "Mom". She was the sweetest, kindest, most caring lady, and a good friend who gave of herself every day (not to mention a great cook!) The eight of us exchanged these friendship star blocks over the period of about a year, and it's very special to me that so many of the blocks were made by Flo.

This is an easy pattern that makes 2 different versions, 3 sizes in each. Makes a great gift. Click here for a larger image and further info.
