Scroll down below for more info about Models, Art Prints and Cards.   WHOLESALE REQUIREMENTS: 1) Resale tax ID number - you can email or fax it to us, or send it along with your first order. 2) Meet minimum opening order below. 3) Payment must be made using business check. 4) Also, please provide us with your business name and mailing and shipping address, phone number, fax number (if any), email address (if any), and contact person name.  Terms:  If you pre-pay your first order, you will receive free shipping as a First Time Customer courtesy gift.  If you prefer to be billed for your first order, terms will be net 10, and shipping will be charged.  Subsequent orders are billed Net 30. Minimum Opening Order: $50.00 (no minimum per pattern, fabric panel, art print or cards - can be assorted). No minimum after first order.  Shipping: Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, unless you specify "Parcel Post". Shipping Time: Most orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after we receive the order. Some exceptions apply.  Just ask when you call or email your order, or check Home page of my website www.hearttoheartfolkart.com  to see if there is a shipping delay notice - this would happen only rarely.
